Book at least 2 hours ahead
Open the app, set pickup, destination and the time you need to travel. Bookings are placed a minimum of 2 hours before pickup so we can plan your trip properly — Zygo isn't on-demand e-hailing.

A vetted driver is confirmed
We match your booking to a vetted, background-checked driver and confirm them in-app. Pay upfront by card — the premium, standard option — or choose salary deduction at checkout.

How far in advance must I book?
All Zygo trips are booked a minimum of 2 hours before your pickup time. This isn't on-demand e-hailing — the lead time lets us assign a properly vetted driver to your specific journey.

When should I use salary deduction?
Salary deduction is a versatile tool. It's ideal for busy professionals who want a single, consolidated monthly billing cycle, and it's a reliable safety net when immediate cash flow is low — so you're never stuck without a ride.
Can I switch payment methods?
Yes. You choose between immediate card payment or salary deduction directly within the app interface, on a booking-by-booking basis.
Is it safe?
Every driver is vetted and background-checked. Trips are GPS-tracked and shareable in real time, and the fully cashless environment adds an extra layer of safety for both riders and drivers.
What is Staff Booking?
Staff Booking lets the primary booker add other passengers to a single ride. The fare is automatically split evenly between everyone on the trip — each rider is only charged (by card) or salary-deducted for their own share of the bill.
